Kawasaki Ninja 250R adalah varian terbaru dari Kawasaki Ninja dengan mesin 249 cc, menggiurkan bagi para pengguna motor balap. Motor balap yang sudah menjadi pembicaraan sejak tahun 2007 ini diproduksi di Thailand dan masuk ke Indonesia dipertengahan 2008. Dengan rasio kompresi 1 : 11.6, Ninja 250 R memang cukup menguras kantong karena dia meminum BBM sekelas Pertamax plus. Meski demikian, hal ini sepadan dengan kemampuannya, si Ninja memiliki tenaga maksimum 11.000 putaran per menit (rpm) dan torsi maksimum yang dihasilkannya 9.500 rpm.DOHC 249cc Parallel Twin-cylinder Engine
